How do I know if my phone is locked or unlocked ?

You may use a SIM from a different cellular service provider and see if it works in your phone or not. If it works, your phone is already unlocked. but if you receive some sort of messages such as; Enter Subsidy Password, Phone is subsidy locked, Contact service provider, then your phone is locked.

I receive "Searching Network" or "No Service" messages after using a different SIM Card !

The phone is not locked but your phone may not support appropriate band for selected operator! or The phone may be out of the carrier's GSM service area or Carrier's signal may be weak.

Can you unlock my phone to other networks if It is black listed ?

No, we can not unlock phone, if the phone is blacklisted, reported stolen or lost!

Can you provide PIN or PUK code for my SIM card ?

No, PIN and PUK are SIM card's codes and we can not provide PIN or PUK Codes!
We provide Subsidy Password or Subsidy Code for the phone.

What is the "Contact Service Provider" message ?

Contact Service Provider message indicates that that wrong unlock codes have been entered!
To remove contact service provider message from the phone, Leave your phone Powered on between 1 to 24 hours until Enter Subsidy password message displayed again.

You may try default phone and security code to remove restrictions.
